Argentium Heat & Finish
Because this ring is made with Argentium silver, I then heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This treatment raises hardness and slows tarnish. After the treatment, I set the gemstone in the bezel and give a final polish for clarity and shine.

About the White Topaz
This 4-carat White Topaz is bright and clear. The oval cut reflects clean flashes of light, and it pairs well with the darker antique finish. White Topaz is often linked to clarity and steady focus.

I form the Waves band from Argentium sheet and shape the bezel for the stone. After soldering, I smooth the inside for comfort. I then heat-harden the ring, apply the antique finish, and set the topaz for a final shine.
