Bark Ring – Size 10 – Argentium Silver
🌿 LIFE DESIGN
This ring builds upward through layers and heat. I layer pieces of Argentium silver and fuse each section in place. Then I add wire and silver, continuing to fuse and hammer until a strong vertical bark pattern forms. The process stays direct and physical, guided by texture and balance.
Design & Feel
The vertical bark texture gives the ring weight and presence. The front feels bold and sculptural, while the back tapers for comfort. Because I build the surface by hand, each ring carries natural variation. The design feels organic, grounded, and intentionally heavy. It suits both men and women.
Argentium Heat & Finish
Because this ring is made with Argentium silver, I heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This step increases hardness and slows tarnish. Afterward, I refine the surface and give the ring a final polish.
Fit & Sizing
The wide front creates strong presence, while the narrower back improves wearability. The interior is smoothly finished, so the ring sits comfortably on the hand.
