Each Boulder ring is shaped in Argentium 940 silver to capture the grounded energy of stone. I fuse large, hollow forms by hand to create natural variation in height and texture. Because the design is both wide and open, it feels solid yet surprisingly light on the hand.

This 3 carat oval Citrine shows bright, golden colour and clear internal sparkle. Its cut and clarity let light move easily through the gem, deepening its warmth. Set against the boulder-textured silver, the Citrine’s colour stands out with confident brilliance.

Learn more (making process)
Each Boulder ring begins with hollow silver domes that I melt, shape, and fuse into an interlocking band. After heat-treating the silver to activate its germanium layer for brightness and tarnish resistance, I bezel-set the Citrine and polish the high points so they catch light like worn stone.
