Pebbles on Branch Pendant – Argentium Silver – Antique
Description
I build this Pebbles on Branch pendant from solid Argentium silver. I form layered rings, then fuse them onto a silver branch. Each layer adds depth and shadow. Therefore, every pendant shows slight variation. The antique finish settles into the texture and highlights the raised forms.
An 18″ Sterling Silver twist box chain is included.
Design & Feel
The branch creates a strong vertical line. Meanwhile, the layered rings cluster along its surface. This contrast adds movement and structure. Because the forms overlap, the pendant gains visual weight. However, it remains comfortable to wear. As a result, the piece feels grounded and substantial.
The antique finish is permanent and never needs polishing.
Argentium Heat & Finish
I use Argentium silver for clarity and strength. Then I heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This process increases hardness and improves tarnish resistance. After heat treatment, I refine the surface to deepen the antique contrast.

Materials & Care
This pendant is made in Argentium Silver 940. Argentium silver is brighter and harder than traditional sterling. In addition, it is nickel-free and slower to tarnish.
