Amethyst Earrings – Argentium Silver – Wax Seal
These Argentium Silver Amethyst Earrings are part of the 🏔️ LAND Design Group — grounded, sculptural, and elemental. I begin by melting solid silver into a bold boulder form. Then I bezel-set a faceted amethyst into the surface, allowing the gemstone to rise from the metal like crystal from stone.
The melted texture creates depth and movement across the silver. Meanwhile, the smooth bezel contrasts with the raw surface, giving balance between polish and earthiness. As light shifts, the amethyst flashes violet against the solid silver base. The result feels strong, timeless, and deeply rooted.
Each pair is handmade and individually finished. I also form the earwires by hand from Argentium silver, so they are always nickel-free and comfortable for sensitive ears.

These earrings feel bold and grounded. The solid boulder shape gives weight and presence, while the faceted amethyst adds light and colour. Together they create a strong yet refined statement.

Learn More (Making Process)
I melt and shape the silver into a boulder form, then refine and smooth the edges. After bezel-setting the amethyst, I polish the highlights to enhance contrast between the gemstone and textured surface.
