This Byzantine Necklace in medium weight is made with precision from solid Argentium silver. The 18-3.5 weave refers to the 18-gauge wire and 3.5 mm ring diameter. Design & Feel

Making Process
I hand-cut every jump ring for consistency. Then, using pliers, I weave them link by link until the full Byzantine pattern forms. This method keeps the chain tight and evenly spaced. As a result, the finished necklace feels flexible and moves easily with the wearer.
Argentium Heat & Finish
After weaving, I heat-treat the chain to form the germanium oxide layer unique to Argentium 940. This step increases hardness and slows tarnish. When the chain cools, I polish it to a clear, bright tone that holds its shine for years.
