Amethyst Earrings – Argentium Silver – Sun and Moon
These Argentium Silver Amethyst Earrings are part of the 🌙✨ SKY Design Group — inspired by celestial movement and layered light. I bezel-set each oval amethyst in solid Argentium silver, then form a radiant sun that circles the stone. Over the sun and gemstone, I place a full lunar disc, creating depth and contrast between shadow and glow.
The amethyst sits at the centre, rich in violet tone and natural clarity. Meanwhile, the layered silver forms create movement and dimension. As light shifts, the moon softens the surface while the sun reflects brightness around the stone. Together, the elements feel symbolic and sculptural.
Each pair is handmade and individually finished. I also form the earwires by hand from Argentium silver, so they are always nickel-free and comfortable for sensitive ears.

Materials & Care
Argentium silver — nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and highly tarnish-resistant. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain shine and detail.
Learn More (Making Process)
I bezel-set each amethyst first, then form and solder the surrounding sun shape. After that, I layer the moon over the surface and refine the edges. Finally, I polish the silver to bring contrast between raised and recessed areas.
