Carnelian Earrings – Argentium Silver V Bail
Hand-hammered Argentium silver formed into a clean V bail design. I shape and solder each section by hand. Then I texture the surface with controlled hammer marks to create structure and light reflection.
A natural, faceted carnelian teardrop hangs from the base. The warm orange tone contrasts with the bright white silver. As a result, the earrings feel bold yet balanced. The shorter handmade, nickel-free earwires keep the profile compact and structured.
The V form directs the eye downward. Meanwhile, the faceted stone adds movement and subtle sparkle. If you’d like to explore similar forming and texturing techniques, visit my

Design & Feel
These earrings belong to the STRUCTURE collection. They reflect clean lines and controlled geometry. The V bail adds strength, while the carnelian softens the form.

Learn More (Making Process)
I hammer and form the V bail from solid silver. Then I secure the carnelian drop and refine the final surface for clarity and contrast.
