Argentium Silver Lunar Signet Ring
Design & Feel
This Lunar signet ring reflects the textured surface of the moon. I shape the wide front to hold the lunar pattern, while the back tapers for comfort. The surface shows subtle marks and variation, which give the ring depth and character. As a result, the ring feels bold at the top yet balanced on the hand.
About the Lunar Pattern
The pattern represents the surface of the moon with soft craters and uneven terrain. Light moves across the silver and highlights the raised areas, while the lower areas create shadow. Therefore, the ring shifts visually as you move.
Argentium Heat & Finish
Because this ring is made with Argentium silver, I heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This treatment raises hardness and improves tarnish resistance. After heat treatment, I refine the surface and polish the ring to a bright finish.

Made with Argentium 940 silver — brighter, harder, and slower to tarnish than traditional sterling. It is nickel-free and suitable for everyday wear.

I shape and texture the lunar surface by hand. Next, I refine the band and balance the proportions. Then I heat-treat the silver for strength. Finally, I polish the ring while preserving the lunar detail.
