Because this ring is made with Argentium silver, I heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This treatment raises hardness and improves tarnish resistance. After heat treatment, I set the Swiss Topaz and polish the ring to a bright finish.

I form the Wind design first to create movement in the silver. Then I heat-treat the band for strength. Afterward, I set the Swiss Topaz and refine the entire surface. Finally, I polish the ring to highlight both stone and form.
