Aquamarine Wax Seal Pendant – Argentium Silver
This pendant features a deep blue Aquamarine oval cabochon set in a handmade bezel. First, I create the wax seal form from solid Argentium Silver 940. Then I build the bezel and fit it closely to the stone. Finally, I refine and polish the surface to a bright finish.
Because the Aquamarine is a solid cabochon, it displays depth rather than sparkle. Therefore, the colour appears rich and calming. Meanwhile, the organic wax seal form provides texture and presence. As a result, the smooth gemstone contrasts beautifully against the natural silver surface.

Learn More (Making Process)
I form the wax seal base and fabricate the bezel first. Then I solder all components together and refine the edges and surface. After the metalwork is complete, I heat-treat the Argentium silver to increase hardness and improve tarnish resistance. Next, I set the Aquamarine securely in its custom bezel. Finally, I complete the final polish and inspection.
