We handmake and carefully check every piece of jewellery before it leaves our studio. Occasionally, a return is needed — and we aim to keep this process clear and fair for everyone.
Please review measurements and listing details carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure about size or fit, we’re always happy to help by email before you order.
If your A & R Jewellery piece was purchased through a gallery, please contact the gallery directly to arrange a return or exchange.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges if:
The wrong item or size was sent, or
There is a manufacturing defect
In these cases, we cover return shipping.
For all other approved Canadian returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Due to ongoing customs, tariff, and carrier handling issues with cross-border shipping, all U.S. and international orders are final sale.
Once an item crosses the border, return shipping involves non-refundable customs fees, additional paperwork, and carrier processing that cannot be recovered.
Exceptions are made only if:
An item arrives damaged in transit, or
The incorrect item was sent
Please review all measurements and listing details carefully before placing an international order.
