Triskele Pendant – Argentium Silver Wax Seal – Antique
I form each pendant from melted Argentium Silver 940. First, I create the wax-seal boulder shape. Then I cut and shape the Triskele from solid silver wire. After forming the curves, I solder the symbol to the prepared surface. Finally, I apply an antique finish to both the pendant and the chain so they match.
Because the seal melts naturally, each piece forms differently. Therefore, no two pendants are identical. However, the Triskele remains centred and balanced. As a result, the symbol stands clearly against the textured ground.
Symbolism & Meaning
The Triskele is a Celtic symbol. It represents the belief that important things come in threes. In addition, it is connected to harmony and earth. The three spirals move outward from a central point. Consequently, the design suggests growth and continuity. At the same time, it reflects rhythm within stability.
Design & Texture
The raised symbol creates contrast. Meanwhile, the melted surface holds organic detail. Because of the antique finish, the darker areas settle into the recesses. Therefore, light defines the curves more clearly. Although the form feels solid, the spiral introduces motion.

This pendant feels grounded and steady. Yet it also carries movement within its structure. The weight gives it presence. Meanwhile, the symbolism gives it meaning. It reflects the enduring strength of the LAND collection.

The antique finish is permanent and never needs polishing.

I melt and form each wax-seal base individually. Then I fabricate the Triskele from solid silver wire. After soldering the design to the seal, I refine the edges. Finally, I deepen the antique finish to enhance contrast and preserve detail.
