Crescent Moon in Teardrop Pendant – Argentium Silver – Small
I create this pendant in solid Argentium Silver 940. First, I melt the silver using the Lunar technique. Then I move the surface with a pick until it resembles the texture of the moon. After achieving the right form, I remove the torch and allow the silver to cool naturally. The crescent sits within a defined teardrop frame.
The molten texture contrasts with the smooth outer edge. As a result, light moves across the raised lunar surface. Moreover, the smaller scale gives the piece a delicate presence. This is the smallest version of this design.
Design & Feel
This piece reflects quiet celestial movement. The crescent suggests rhythm and transition. In contrast, the teardrop frame adds structure. Together, they create harmony within the SKY collection.

I melt the silver to create the lunar surface texture. Then I refine the teardrop outline and define the crescent form. After that, I finish the edges and polish the surface. Finally, I heat-treat the piece to increase strength and improve tarnish resistance.
