Amethyst Earrings – Argentium Silver – Rapids
These Amethyst Rapids earrings reflect the most turbulent of the Water designs. Layers of waves and raised boulder forms move through solid Argentium silver. Each element is cut, shaped, and soldered by hand to create depth and structure. A natural marquise Amethyst accents the surface, adding contrast and deep purple colour. Handmade Argentium silver earwires are nickel-free.
Light shifts across the ridges and curves as the earrings move. Meanwhile, the marquise gemstone draws the eye along the current of the design. Although textured and dynamic, the form remains balanced and wearable.

I cut and form each wave and raised element from solid silver. Then I solder the components together to build depth and movement. After setting the Amethyst, I refine and polish the surface before attaching the earwires.
