This antique Waves ring is fluid, calm, and made for everyday comfort.
💧 WATER DESIGN
I form this Waves ring from solid Argentium silver. I shape the surface with flowing movement and soft curves. As a result, the band feels natural and relaxed. At the center, I bezel-set a 2 carat amethyst so the stone sits secure and balanced. I then apply an antique finish to deepen the texture.
Each ring is handmade. Therefore, every wave pattern is slightly different.
Design & Feel
The design feels fluid and calm. At the same time, the wide front supports the gemstone. However, the band narrows at the back, which improves comfort. As a result, the ring feels substantial but easy to wear.
Argentium Heat & Finish
Because this ring is made with Argentium silver, I heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This step raises hardness and slows tarnish. Afterward, I set the gemstone and apply the antique finish.
About the Stone
Amethyst has a rich purple colour and a steady presence. In addition, the stone adds depth and contrast to the flowing silver waves. I chose this amethyst for its clarity and colour.
Fit & Sizing
This ring is a size 6.5. The wave profile allows the ring to sit securely on the finger. However, textured bands can feel different than smooth bands.

Materials & Care
Argentium 940 has a bright white tone and strong structure. In addition, it tarnishes more slowly than traditional sterling and is nickel-free. The antique finish is permanent and does not need polishing. A soft cloth is enough for care.
