Bark Bangle – Argentium Silver – XLarge (7.0 cm) Antique
🌿 LIFE *I Create* NATURE IN SYNC – Energetic – Resilient – Peaceful – Evolving
Design & making
I handcraft the Argentium Silver Bark Bangle XLarge 7.0 cm Antique in my BC studio. First, I flatten and texture 16–20 gauge silver wire to build a natural bark pattern. Then I fuse the layers together, forming a raised relief that feels strong and organic. After shaping the bangle into a perfect circle, I work-harden the metal for durability and apply a deep antique patina. Because every stage is done by hand, each bangle turns out unique.
Design & feel
The raised ridges echo the grain of tree bark, while the darker patina settles into the valleys and adds warm contrast. As a result, light slides across the surface and brings the texture to life. Despite the sculpted look, the inner edge stays smooth against the wrist. Also, the true circular shape stacks neatly with other bangles, so you can layer texture without adding bulk.

Fit & sizing
We offer four standard bracelet sizes. To confirm your best fit, visit our bracelet sizing guide.
If you prefer a looser feel, pair this bangle with a slimmer one; the structure keeps the stack tidy while the antique finish adds contrast.
Materials & care
Argentium Silver (940) includes a trace of germanium, which increases hardness and resists tarnish naturally. It remains bright far longer than traditional sterling. Because it is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, it feels comfortable for everyday wear. To clean, rinse with mild soap and water, pat dry with a soft cloth, and store separately. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners or chemical dips, since they can strip the patina.
