Bark Earrings – Argentium Silver – Long Rectangle
These long rectangle bark earrings follow a LIFE design. The solid form and gentle dap create depth, while the bark texture adds natural movement.
I start with Argentium silver and build the surface by layering and fusing wire to form the bark texture. Then I shape the piece into a long rectangle and gently dapp the surface to create a soft curve. After that, I refine and polish the form to bring out the lines. Because of this process, every pair is one of a kind.
As the earrings move, the textured surface catches the light. At the same time, the solid weight gives them presence and balance. Therefore, they feel strong while still comfortable to wear.
