Beach Glass Earrings – Argentium Silver Prong Setting
These Beach Glass earrings reflect the WATER design group. Each piece features bright aqua-blue glass with a vivid turquoise tone. I cut a solid sheet of Argentium silver to form the base. Then I solder individual prongs to wrap securely over the glass. This structure creates a strong foundation while keeping the edges open to light. Handmade Argentium silver earwires are nickel-free.
Because the setting remains open, light travels through the glass freely. Meanwhile, the prongs frame the natural shape without covering its frosted surface. As the earrings move, the colour brightens and shifts. Although secure in form, the design feels fluid and luminous. These earrings are especially suited for beach weddings and destination celebrations.

Learn More (Making Process)
I shape and solder the silver base first. Then I position and solder each prong for balance and strength. After refining and polishing the structure, I secure the glass and assemble the earwires.
