Citrine Earrings – Argentium Silver Oval Waves – Medium
I form an oval frame in solid Argentium silver. Then I melt the outer edge to create a fluid, softened contour. After that, I fuse wave lines and granules onto the surface to build layered movement.
These medium ovals are accented with a natural citrine teardrop. The warm golden tone contrasts with the bright white silver. As a result, the earrings feel open and flowing while remaining balanced. Handmade, nickel-free Argentium silver earwires complete the design.
The softened edge creates organic motion. Meanwhile, the fused waves add depth and texture. If you’d like to explore similar forming and texturing techniques, visit my
