Description
This Freeform Circle Pendant blends solid copper, brass, and Argentium silver in bold circular forms. I shape each metal into thick rings and stack them to create balance and contrast. A fused Argentium silver bail connects the metals together, giving the pendant a clean and durable finish. The mix of tones makes this design both striking and versatile.
Design & Feel
The deep copper gives warmth, the brass adds golden light, and the Argentium silver reflects brightness. Together, the colours shift with movement, creating a strong yet fluid design. The pendant feels substantial, but the smooth edges keep it comfortable to wear. Each piece forms slightly differently during fusing, so every pendant has its own character.
Argentium Heat & Finish
I heat-treat the Argentium silver to activate the germanium oxide layer, which strengthens the surface and reduces tarnish. Afterward, I polish the raised areas and leave some soft texture in the low spots. This mix of finish brings out the contrast between the metals and keeps the pendant glowing over time.

Materials & Care
Made with Argentium 940 silver, solid copper, and brass. These metals age naturally and develop soft patina over time. To brighten them, polish gently with a soft cloth or fresh lime. Do not clean patinated areas, as this will remove their natural tone.
