Crescent Moon Necklace – Argentium Silver – Lunar – Rolo Chain
Description
This Crescent Moon Necklace is crafted from solid Argentium silver and features a true Lunar texture. I shape the metal while molten, moving it with my pick until it resembles the surface of the Moon. The result is a bright, cratered texture that feels alive and full of depth. Each pendant hangs from a sterling silver Rolo chain that adjusts easily for length.
Design & Feel
The Lunar surface reflects light in shifting tones, giving the crescent a subtle glow. The form is smooth around the edges and comfortable for everyday wear. Every pendant shows slight variations in texture, making each one a distinct reflection of handwork and heat.
Argentium Heat & Finish
Each pendant is heat-treated to activate the germanium oxide layer that strengthens Argentium silver and slows tarnish. Afterward, I give it a light polish to enhance the texture while preserving the natural lunar surface.
