Freeform Circle Earrings – Post – Argentium Silver – Moon
These Freeform Circle Earrings – Post – Argentium Silver – Moon feature an irregular hollow boulder form anchored by a solid moon post. I begin by shaping Argentium silver wire into a circular outline. Then I fuse additional pieces until the freeform circle becomes a textured, permanent structure.
After refining the surface, I attach the moon post to the top of the boulder form. As a result, the solid moon sits cleanly on the lobe while the hollow circle drops below. The contrast between open and solid forms creates depth and balance.
Each pair develops naturally as I build the layered texture by hand. Therefore, no two boulders are identical. The fused silver reflects light softly against the irregular edges.

Learn More (Making Process)
I build and fuse the hollow circle first. Then I form the moon post, assemble the components, and polish the final piece.
