Design & feel
I form each ring from square Argentium 940 silver. The band splits near the base to create space for the larger gemstone. A narrow brace joins the two bands for strength and symmetry. The clean lines and polished surface catch the light while keeping the focus on the stone.
About the stone
This oval Garnet (~8 carat) shows a rich, dark red tone with flashes of wine and cherry in the light. I set it in a simple bezel so it sits secure and slightly elevated. The contrast between the square silver band and the curved gem gives this piece its striking balance.

Learn more (making process)
I build each double-band ring by fusing and shaping two square wires together, then adding a lower brace for stability. After forming, I heat-treat the silver to strengthen it and bring out its white colour. Finally, I set the Garnet and polish the surface until it gleams. Therefore, every ring shows the clean geometry that defines the Structure design group.
