Hawk’s Eye Pendant – Argentium Silver Rapids
Description
This Hawk’s Eye Pendant features a natural blue Hawk’s Eye gemstone set in a bezel and mounted on a flowing Rapids design in solid Argentium silver. I melt the silver and guide it while liquid to create the look of fast-moving water. The bright surface and deep texture bring motion and depth to the pendant.
Design & Feel
Hawk’s Eye, the blue form of Tiger Eye, adds calm and contrast to the fluid silver. The combination of deep blue stone and molten silver design gives this pendant a sense of rhythm and flow. It’s substantial but balanced, perfect for both casual and formal wear.
Argentium Heat & Finish
I heat-treat the pendant to form the germanium oxide layer that strengthens Argentium silver and resists tarnish. Afterward, I polish the surface to highlight the rippling texture.
