Design & Feel
I make each D-Book ring from heavy Argentium 940 silver. Two curved bands rise and separate like the pages of a book. The D-shaped profile feels smooth and balanced on the hand. Because the open space lets in light, the design looks bold but not heavy.
About the London Blue Topaz
The gemstone is a natural London Blue Topaz weighing about 2 carats. It has a trillion cut that sparkles with blue and teal tones. I set the stone between the two silver bands in a custom bezel. This setting protects the edges and keeps the look clean.

Learn More (Making Process)
I start with a thick strip of Argentium silver and form it into a D shape. Then I flare the band open to make the book design. After fusing the silver for strength, I polish the surface until it feels smooth. Finally, I set the gemstone between the raised bands to finish the clean, modern look.
