pearl earrings – teardrop post – Argentium silver

This is a 4.0 mm white pearl that is half drilled.  It has a post securing it to the silver.  On a water design silver teardrop that I have hand etched.  This earring also features a very large fresh water pearl drop – also a iridescent white.

Earrings are 6.0 cm long by 2.4 cm wide.  They weigh 9.1 grams.

Argentium Silver is a high quality silver with a silver content of 935.  It has the unique feature of having a small amount of Germanium added.  Argentium Silver is whiter, harder and slower to tarnish.  And it is always nickel-free.

I hand make all the earwires and posts with Argentium Silver, so all my earrings are nickel-free.
