These Cubic Zirconia (Pink) Earrings – Granule – Argentium Silver – 2 Carat feature a round-cut pink cubic zirconia set in a clean bezel. I form the bezel first, then build a surrounding pile of solid Argentium silver granules by hand.
Each granule is placed and fused individually. As a result, every pair is slightly different. The clustered silver creates texture and depth, while the pink stone adds brightness and contrast. Sterling silver lever-back earwires complete the design and provide secure wear.
The round form anchors the composition. Meanwhile, the layered granules suggest natural accumulation, similar to stone emerging from rock. The pink cubic zirconia introduces a focused point of light within the textured silver surface.
