Rune Pendant – Tiwaz – Argentium Silver Wax Seal – Antique
Tiwaz stands raised on a wax seal base in solid Argentium Silver 940. I define the rune against a deep antique field. The surface feels organic and irregular. An 18″ sterling silver bead chain with an antique finish is included.
Tiwaz forms the origin of the letter “T.” It means the god Tyr and represents victory. Traditionally, it reflects justice, order, and truth. Because of this, it connects to courage and moral strength. In addition, it serves as a guiding force, much like the polar star. Therefore, it speaks to clarity, direction, and decisive action.
I base my runes on the Elder Futhark. Germanic peoples used this writing system from the 2nd to the 10th centuries. As a result, it forms the foundation of our modern alphabet.

Design & Feel
The wax seal form feels ancient and grounded. Moreover, the raised rune contrasts clearly with the darkened surface. Therefore, the symbol stands strong and direct. Overall, the pendant carries a sense of honour and steady resolve.
Materials & Care
This pendant is made in Argentium Silver 940. Argentium silver is brighter and harder than traditional sterling. In addition, it is nickel-free and slower to tarnish.
The antique finish is permanent and never needs polishing.

I form the wax seal base in solid silver. Then I solder the rune in place for strength and clarity. After that, I apply the antique finish to deepen contrast. Finally, I refine the edges and attach the bail.
