Citrine Earrings – Argentium Silver Sun and Moon
An Argentium silver sun circles a raw citrine gemstone. I form and solder the sun shape by hand. The citrine is suspended within a casual prong setting so light can move through the stone.
Above the sun and citrine sits a lunar full moon. This layered composition creates vertical flow and celestial balance. As a result, the earrings feel open and dimensional. The raw citrine adds warmth and organic texture against the smooth silver. Handmade, nickel-free Argentium silver earwires complete the design.
The circular sun anchors the structure. Meanwhile, the moon introduces contrast and depth. If you’d like to explore similar forming and texturing techniques, visit my

Design & Feel
These earrings belong to the SKY collection. They reflect celestial motion and layered space. The raw citrine adds golden light within the orbiting forms.

Learn More (Making Process)
I shape and solder the sun form first. Then I set the raw citrine in prongs and attach the moon before polishing the final surface.
