sun and moon pendant with opal and 10K gold
I melt the Argentium Silver and then push it around with my pick, until the texture matches my vision of what the surface of the moon must be like.
This Lunar Moon is circled by the sun. The sun has been casually etched and dotted with 10K gold accents.
The gemstone is a round shaped, polished Ethiopian Opal.
The pendant is 4cm long x 3cm wide (1 5/8” x 1 1/8”) and weighs 11.1 grams.

Argentium Silver is a high quality silver with a silver content of 935. It has the unique feature of having a small amount of Germanium added. Argentium Silver is whiter, harder and slower to tarnish. And it is always nickel-free.
