Twig Collar Necklace – Argentium Silver
I create this necklace in solid Argentium Silver 940. First, I shape natural silver twigs individually. Then I arrange them into a curved collar form. After that, I fuse the pieces together to create a permanent structure that follows the neckline.
The layered twigs create texture and depth. As a result, the collar sits close to the body with light passing through the open spaces. Moreover, the organic form contrasts with the controlled collar shape. The design reflects growth and resilience within the LIFE collection.
Design & Feel
This piece feels grounded and expressive. The twig elements suggest connection and renewal. In contrast, the curved collar introduces structure and balance. Together, they create harmony inspired by natural form.

Materials & Care
This piece is made in Argentium Silver 940. Argentium silver is brighter and harder than traditional sterling. In addition, it is nickel-free and slower to tarnish.

I fabricate each twig component separately. Then I fuse them together to form the collar shape. After refining the curve and alignment, I finish the surface. Finally, I heat-treat the necklace to increase strength and improve tarnish resistance.
