Twig Necklace with Cable Links – Argentium Silver
I create this necklace in solid Argentium Silver 940. First, I fuse silver wire together to form small twig panels. Each panel resembles a gathered pile of branches from the forest floor. Then I connect the panels using handmade Argentium silver cable links in a chain maille design.
The repeating twig sections create rhythm along the neckline. As a result, the necklace feels balanced yet organic. Moreover, the cable link structure adds movement and flexibility. The design reflects connection and growth within the LIFE collection.

This piece feels layered and expressive. The twig panels suggest natural resilience. In contrast, the cable links introduce structure and continuity. Together, they create harmony inspired by forest form.

I fabricate the twig panels by fusing fine silver wire into organic clusters. Then I create the cable links by hand and connect each section carefully. After refining the alignment and finish, I heat-treat the necklace to increase strength and improve tarnish resistance.
