Waves Pendant – Argentium Silver Long Rectangle – Antique
I form this pendant in solid Argentium Silver 940. First, I melt and texture the surface to create natural wave movement. Then I shape the silver into a long rectangular panel. The edges stay clean, while the surface holds fluid motion. Finally, I apply an antique finish to both the pendant and the chain so they match.
Because the texture forms while the silver is molten, each piece carries subtle variation. Therefore, light settles into the recessed areas. As a result, the darker tones increase depth and contrast. Although the form is narrow, the length creates a strong vertical line.
Design & Feel
This pendant feels fluid yet structured. The elongated shape draws the eye downward. Meanwhile, the wave texture introduces rhythm and balance. Because of the antique finish, the movement becomes more defined. It reflects the steady flow of the WATER collection.

I melt and texture the silver before refining the rectangular shape. Then I solder the bail and prepare the surface. After heat-treating the piece to increase hardness and improve tarnish resistance, I deepen the antique finish for contrast.
