Waves Pendant – Argentium Silver Rectangle – Antique
I form this pendant in solid Argentium Silver 940. First, I melt and texture the surface to create natural wave movement. Then I shape the silver into a rectangular panel. The edges remain defined, while the surface holds fluid motion. Finally, I apply an antique finish to both the pendant and the chain so they match.
Because the texture forms while the silver is molten, each piece carries subtle variation. Therefore, light settles into the recessed areas. As a result, the darker tones increase depth and contrast. Although the rectangle is elongated, the balanced width keeps it refined.

This pendant feels fluid yet grounded. The rectangular shape provides structure. Meanwhile, the textured surface introduces rhythm and movement. Because of the antique finish, contrast becomes more pronounced. It reflects the steady flow of the WATER collection.

I melt and texture the silver before refining the rectangular form. Then I solder the bail and prepare the surface. After heat-treating the piece to increase hardness and improve tarnish resistance, I deepen the antique finish for contrast.
