Waves Pendant – Argentium Silver Square – Antique
I form this pendant in solid Argentium Silver 940. First, I melt and texture the surface to create natural wave movement. Then I shape the silver into a square panel. The edges remain clean and defined, while the surface holds fluid motion. Finally, I apply an antique finish to both the pendant and the chain so they match.
Because the texture forms while the silver is molten, each piece carries subtle variation. Therefore, light settles into the recessed areas. As a result, the darker tones increase depth and contrast. Although the shape is square, the surface remains active and flowing.

This pendant feels balanced and steady. The square form provides structure. Meanwhile, the textured surface introduces rhythm and movement. Because of the antique finish, contrast becomes more pronounced. It reflects the grounded flow of the WATER collection.

I melt and texture the silver before refining the square form. Then I solder the bail and prepare the surface. After heat-treating the piece to increase hardness and improve tarnish resistance, I deepen the antique finish for contrast.
