Description
This Peridot Waves pendant features a 0.75 carat brilliant cut natural peridot. The stone sits securely in solid Argentium Silver 940. Flowing silver waves frame the gemstone. Therefore, the design feels fluid and balanced.
The pendant has an antique finish. The matching 2mm Sterling Silver bead chain also has the same finish. An 18″ chain is included.
Design & Feel
The brilliant cut peridot adds light and colour. Meanwhile, the wave form creates movement around the stone. This contrast gives the piece energy and softness. Because the lines curve naturally, the pendant feels fluid and easy to wear. As a result, it reflects the motion of water.
Argentium Heat & Finish
I use Argentium Silver 940 for clarity and strength. Then I heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This process increases hardness and improves tarnish resistance. After heat treatment, I refine the surface to deepen the antique contrast.
The antique finish is permanent and never needs polishing.

This pendant is made in Argentium Silver 940. Argentium silver is brighter and harder than traditional sterling. In addition, it is nickel-free and slower to tarnish.
