💧 WATER DESIGN
I hand-form this Garnet Waves ring from solid Argentium silver. The flowing band curves gently around the finger and leads the eye toward the gemstone. At the center, I bezel-set a deep red garnet so the stone feels secure and grounded.

Because I shape each ring individually, the wave pattern varies slightly every time. As a result, each ring is one of a kind.

Design & Feel
The wave design feels fluid and calm. At the same time, the garnet adds strength and focus. Together, these elements create a balanced ring with steady presence. Although the ring feels substantial, it remains comfortable for daily wear.

Argentium Heat & Finish
Because this ring is made with Argentium silver, I then heat-treat the piece to activate the germanium oxide layer. This treatment raises hardness and slows tarnish. After the heat work, I set the gemstone and give a final polish for clarity and shine.

About the Stone
Garnet is valued for its rich red colour and grounding quality. In addition, its depth of tone brings warmth to the silver waves. I selected this stone for both clarity and colour balance.

Fit & Sizing
This ring is a size 12. The wave profile allows the ring to sit securely on the finger while maintaining visual movement. However, sculptural bands can feel different than smooth round bands.

I form the band first and then shape the wave movement by hand. Next, I build the bezel and fit the garnet precisely. After that, I heat-treat the silver, set the stone, and polish the surface for a clean finish.
